100% of the room rent should be deposited for firm reservation. Reservation shall stand automatically cancelled if the party fails to occupy the room within 12 hrs from the scheduled check-in . Booking is not transferable within 5 days from the scheduled check-in date. Re-scheduled date is subjected to availability.

At the time of cancellation, money is refundable of cancellation fees as per following rules:

• 30% deduction for room booking cancellation.
• 100% deduction if room booking is cancelled within 72 hrs from the scheduled check-in date.
